There’s an English saying that states, “It takes a village to raise a child”. For us, that village is our agents and the child is us, First Assurance. In the current evolving world of risk management and financial security, it is with immense gratitude and admiration that we pause to honour the invaluable contributions of our dedicated agents.
We recognise the efforts that our agents put in to ensure that we shine. They raise the First Assurance flag high and have been an important part of the business thus making them true ambassadors of our brand. We take great pride in the fact that our agents embody the essence of professionalism, equipped with in-depth knowledge, industry-based expertise and a genuine desire to safeguard the interests of our customers.
Beyond their role as sales professionals, our agents also serve as pillars of support, providing reassurance and assistance every step of the way. From navigating complex insurance policies to guiding clients through claims processes with empathy and efficiency, they go above and beyond to ensure peace of mind and security in times of uncertainty.
Based on their efforts and the invaluable contributions they have made and continue to make to our organisation, our Head of the Branch Network and Retail Business hosted a dinner dedicated to our amazing Independent Agents on the 23rd of February at the Pride Inn Hotel. We are glad that the event was filled with happiness and joy that was evident on every agent’s face.
In true First Assurance style, our management team led by our Managing Director, Stephen Lokonyo, took time to appreciate our independent agents and assure them of our continued support. We recognised their dedication and their contributions towards the success and growth of the company. The celebrations were climaxed by the meal we all shared.
As we embark on the journey ahead, we would like to assure our agents that their contributions will always be celebrated and valued. Together, we will continue to empower lives, protect futures, and redefine excellence in the world of insurance.
