Adults aged between 18 and 65 years at the time of joining, with coverage extendable to 75 years. Children up to 18 years or 25 if in full-time education, and there is no age restriction for children with mental or physical impairments.

The plan covers a wide range of services, including: Superior sublimits for specific medical services. Mental health management and treatment. Substance abuse and dependency management. Management of attempted suicide and intentional self-injury. Infertility treatment, including IVF. Annual health check-ups up to Kshs. 50,000.

Is there a waiting period before coverage begins?

No, there are no waiting periods; coverage begins immediately upon enrollment.

Are there any options for outpatient service payments?

Yes, you have the flexibility to choose between paying a copay for outpatient services or opting for a waiver to eliminate the copay.

Are medical checks required for enrollment?

No, medical checks are not required for enrollment in the plan.

What documents are required for onboarding?

To onboard, you need to provide: Certificate of registration/incorporation. KRA PIN certificate. CR12 form. ID of directors and shareholders (with more than 10% shareholding). Member list. Proof of payment. Employee application/company authorization form.

What is the coverage for newborns?

Newborns are covered immediately from birth if they are notified within 14 days.

Can children with impairments be covered under this plan?

Yes, there is no age restriction for children with mental or physical impairments.
